Workshop Worker at HEM

As a workshop worker with us at HEM, you will work with exciting tasks, solve problems, and ensure that everything runs smoothly – literally.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will work with the service and maintenance of our modern and heavy vehicles and contribute to ensuring high delivery reliability, which is a prioritized area in the company. You will be an important part of the team that ensures our vehicles are operational and that the business runs smoothly. You work efficiently so that our cars get out on the roads where we believe they belong.

Main Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting, repair, and service of our vehicles in the Transport department.
• The work primarily takes place in the workshop, but there are also repairs in the field.
• Maintenance of containers, vessels, and other similar workshop tasks.
• Administrative work in various systems such as Vehicle Control, Agresso (invoice management), and more.
• If needed, assist our waste collection workers with material collection.
• Actively participate in workplace safety issues for the operation.

Your Qualifications

Requirements for the Position:

• Education and/or experience as a mechanic
• Welding skills such as Hot Work
• Good computer skills
• Class C driver's license
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Desirable for the Position:

• YKB
• Forklift license

In addition to formal requirements, we expect you to maintain a high level of service, keep your tasks and tools organized, and perform your work professionally. The pace can be high at times, which requires you to prioritize and collaborate with colleagues.
